Wangkangurru Online Language Learning

Wangkangurru is a traditional language of the Simpsons Desert region in the far North East of South Australia and into Queensland. It is closely related to its southern neighbour, the Arabana language.

These online language lessons were developed in cooperation with the Crombie family, speakers of Eastern Wangkangurru from the Birdsville region.

It's hoped these online lessons can be used to help develop the language skills of the Wangkangurru people.
