Lesson 1
Sounds and Spelling
Tanganekald is a language of the Ngarrindjeri nation in South Australia. Tanganekald country lies along the long stretch of the Coorong, and is traditionally associated with Salt Creek.
These materials were created as an introduction to the Tanganekald language to help people read, hear and practise speaking the language.
This work was produced by the Aboriginal Living Languages South Australia co-operative (ALLSA). This is a partnership between the Mobile Language Team, SA Museum and Ngarrindjeri Aboriginal Corporation. Funded by Premier and Cabinet.
